Yet another residential development is under construction at the corner of Veterans Parkway and Pavo Road. This newest development is one of more than 45 that are under construction or in the works throughout Moultrie and Colquitt County. It is one of 11 within a 5 mile radius of south Veterans Parkway. Including: Shadow Lake, Southern Belle, Iris Court, Sloan Village, Magnolia Town homes, Pilco Estates, Preserve at Cobblestone, Sweet water, as well as 3 others including the one mentioned above, all within a 5 mile radius.
